• The purpose of the Quality Management System for VAN PRES is to provide the necessary conditions to perform works in accordance with the relevant standards and customer demands and to ensure the service standard within the scope of these works,
• To ensure that the quality management system requirements are integrated with the organization’s business processes,
• Share the importance of compliance with the requirements of the Effective Management System,
• Recruit, guide and support people who will contribute to the effectiveness of the Management System,
• Support other relevant management officials to demonstrate leadership (as it applies to their areas of responsibility),
• Emphasize professional practices and the quality of our sample handling processes when serving our customers,
• Ensure that our employees are familiar with quality certificates and apply policies and procedures in their work.
